years hands-on experience exporting articles and services under the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to:
Prepare, submit, and follow up statuses of license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and other requests for approval.
Verify commodity jurisdictions and obtain commodity classifications and coordinate with internal staff, shippers, and government entities.
Ensure appropriate use of exemptions and exceptions for exports.
Determine and certify legal authority for compliance audits and investigations.
Participate in training staff on import export compliance.
Coordinate traffic to facilitate regulatory compliance.
Compile, approve, and retain records.
