Insurance Claims Specialist Adjuster Examiner Analyst Attorney Environmental Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution Health Hazard _ .
REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE
Seeking individual with experience evaluating and resolving environmental and toxic tort insurance claims according to industry best practice standards.
Shall:
Review loss notices, interpret policy coverage, establish reserves and handle claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage.
Evaluate claims for eligibility status and review established coverages in policies.
Negotiate payments and ensure on-time disbursement of funds to clients.
Qualifications:
4 year degree or equivalent with 5
years experience handling complex or specialty claims involving environmental, pollution, general liability, etc.
