In this role, you will:
Expertly handle various tasks like new hire paperwork, benefits administration, and record maintenance.
Coordinate interviews, manage announcements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
We require:
One year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent administrative and written/verbal communication skills.
Compassion and empathy in interactions.
Human Resource and Administration experience.
Experience with employment verification and employee benefits is a plus.
