Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash registers - Prepare food and beverages following recipes and food safety standards - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining areas - Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards - Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales This role as a Crew Member requires individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team.
