Promote restaurant style dining.
Set tables according to the Island Assisted living standard.
Serve residents accurate meals and beverages.
Communicate with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Clean, sanitize, and reset the tables after meal service.
Stock and set up items for next day service.
