$345,000 to $415,000, depending on experienceLocation:
New York Office-MidtownOur client is looking for a talented Patent Prosecution Associate/Of Counsel with significant experience in biotechnology to join its Intellectual Property Group in their New York office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and writing abilities.

Tasks:
Prepare and prosecute patent applicationsPerform patent landscape analysisConduct freedom-to-operate, noninfringement, and invalidity analysisConduct IP due diligenceMentor junior patent agents Background:
Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing skillsTrack record of academic and professional excellenceAbility to manage matters independentlyComfortable with client interactions, opposing counsel, and courts IMPORTANT NOTE:
Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates must have big national firm experience or big boutique firm experience
