- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with patient check-in and check-out process - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes - Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized Skills:
