POSITION SUMMARYWe are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Fall Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our department's daily activities while learning about how our company approaches marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILIITES:
Craft email and mobile content including drafting, writing, and editing copy and recommending content for future email and SMS sends.
Organize new email marketing requests and stay on top of pipeline.
Liase with our leasing agents to ensure they have the necessary and most up to date marketing materials.
Contact list management.
Support with email/text calendar maintenance, segmentation of audiences, and A/B testing.
Identify new opportunities for email marketing by researching competitors, industry trends, services, and popular topics/ideas to feature in emails.
Recommend email tactics and best practices.
Assist in reporting and tracking key email metrics.
Regularly update various pages of the Empire State Building website with the latest contentAssist in writing blog articles and web content.
Curate and pull images from the Data Asset Management platform for different business needsAssist Digital Marketing Manager with the creation of new webpages for campaigns, projects, and digital ads.
Perform audits of the Empire State Realty Trust websiteRefresh ESRT Building pages with latest photography, content, messaging and videosSubmit translations to vendor for various use cases across the Marketing TeamLearn and participate in the process of utilizing Salesforce to inform website content and information.
Additional responsibilities as directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
