Responsibilities:
-Manage affiliate/publishers on behalf of the advertisers-Perform affiliate acquisition through outreach, manage the onboarding process, and ensure that their audiences are aligned with target market.
-Negotiate publisher agreements, including rates and payment terms-Make recommendations about the best way to approach a campaign and maximize results based on best practice and experience.
-Responsible for reporting, evaluating what is working well, and identifying opportunities for further improvement-Deal with the day-to-day inquiries from affiliates and implement promotional campaigns that create sustained referral traffic-Manage data of new, existing, and prospective clients in CRM -Support the alignment of business development and growth initiatives -Partner across teams and provide feedback to drive improvements and optimizationFLEX Perks:
