Summary:
The Ambulatory Patient Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the scheduling, registering, and follow up with appointments, superbills and schedules for all clinical providers in various ambulatory sites.
The representative will answer telephones, schedule face to face and telephone appointments, follow up on superbills, collect and submit copayments, follow up on broken/cancelled appointments and provide support to the patient financial service department and clinical departments as needed.

Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program High School or GED required Experience And Skills Speaks, reads and writes English Well organized License/Certifications Mandated OMH documentation:
Mandated reporter attestation Code of Conduct Working Conditions Other information:
Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Sitting for long periods Working in multiple sites Use of computer for long periods.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
