Summary:
Greet and direct visitors and residents within the nursing home facility.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Answer and direct all calls coming into facility.
Route calls, messages, faxes, and perform other clerical tasks.
Required to know the proper procedures for fire drills.
Buzz people in/out Notify about new admits.
Needs to be professional, quick thinking, and able to multitask.
Monitor front desk cameras REQUIREMENTS:
Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience High School Diploma Excellent communication skills Solid computer skills A very positive attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Notify maintenance of any problems.
Ability to communicate with residents and personnel.
Walking, standing, sitting, hearing, seeing, grasping, and fine hand coordination.
Ability to remain calm under stress.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
