Job DescriptionProfessional Service Advisor with strong customer satisfaction skills needed to join our team.
We have more customers than our service department can handle and need help immediately.

We want our Service Advisors to fully understand the sales process involved with advising service customers about how to repair and maintain their cars properly.
He or she must have an outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships and trust and must be able to provide excellent CSI scores.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a Plus!! Candidates must have a valid and clean NY driver's license and must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Responsibilities include:
Interprets the customer's description of symptomsClarifies description of problems so the mechanic can repair the problem correctlyAbility to translate complicated terminology into a language the customer can understandWorks with our customers to schedule serviceVerifies warranty and service contract coverageDevelops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor including deductibles and sets expectations for cost and completionPrepares repair ordersSchedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problemsMakes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectationsEnsures that required documentation is complete and follows regulations and standardsAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredGreets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or locationVerifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, etc.
)Follow up by phone, text or email with your customers ALWAYS and DO NOT wait for them to call you
